Project Scope

This project consisted of the installation of SFS (Steel Frame Systems) and external cladding package to 4500m2 for 60 luxury private suites and apartments.

  • 4500m2 SFS and Siniat weather boarding
  • 1400m2 KeraTwin Tile system supported by a specified aluminium carrier system to manufacturer design
  • 3100m2 Rockpanel Woods and Rockpanel Metallics Rivet fixed to a specified aluminium carrier system to manufacturer design
  • Fire Barriers at all compartment floor levels, window/door openings and Party Walls
