Project Scope

This project consisted of the installation of SFS (Steel Frame Systems) and external cladding package to 4300m2 for 88 luxury retirement apartments.

  • 3300m2 SFS and Glassroc weather boarding
  • 3300m2 Rockpanel FS-Xtra in 3 different colours rivet fixed to a specified aluminium carrier system to special design
  • 950m2 interlocking aluminium soffit planks (secret fix) to all apartment balcony soffits and front entrance canopy
  • 3100l/m Aluminium window/door surrounds, external corner trims, base drips and cappings all to specialist designs
  • 3700l/m Fire Barriers at all compartment floor levels, window/door openings and Party Walls
