Project Scope

This project consisted of the removal, remediation, and installation of 1300m2 of external cladding panels and associated carrier system to occupied apartments.

  • Removal of 1300m2 of Trespa and associated aluminium carrier system
  • Installation of new aluminium carrier system to specialist design
  • Installation of 2000l/m of fire barrier at all compartment floor levels, window/door openings and Party Walls to specialist design
  • Installation 1300m2 of Rockpanel FS-Xtra rivet fixed to a new aluminium carrier system to specialist design
