Project Scope

This project consisted of the supply and installation external cladding package to 490m2 for a development for 28 student beds in studio format

  • 280m2 Equitone Tectiva – Pebble TE20 rivet fixed to a specified aluminium carrier system to Hilti design
  • 210m2 Hardie Plank – Midnight Black installed to a specified aluminium carrier system to Hilti Design
  • 500l/m Fire Barriers at all compartment floor levels, window/door openings and Party Walls
