  • Certification Information: Certification details (e.g., trade qualifications, health and safety certifications) will be shared with Main Contractors where required to meet compliance obligations for project work and site access. This is necessary to ensure that all individuals working on sites meet the relevant safety and competency standards.

Conway Cladding Ltd will only share personal data where it is necessary to fulfill business or legal obligations. This includes: 

  • Main Contractors: Certification details may be shared with Main Contractors to demonstrate compliance with site safety and skill requirements. 
  • Third-Party Service Providers: Personal data may be shared with third-party providers such as payroll service companies, who process data on our behalf. These providers are required to handle data securely and only for the purpose of delivering their services. 

We will not share personal information with any other third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
